🌟 Katie Bergin reaches a massive career milestone with her first full international call-up for the 4x100m relay! The National champion and National Indoor champion has been in flying form, recently clocking a 60m PB of 7.47 to go along with her 11.67 PB in the 100m. Katie will head to a 10-day high-performance training camp in Stellenbosch, South Africa, before the competition begins.

🔥 Sharlene Mawdsley continues her incredible run as one of the world’s elite. The European Champion and silver medallist is a powerhouse in the Irish relay program. She holds National Records in both the women’s 4x400m (3:19.90) and the Mixed 4x400m (3:09.92).
